3 month update post opp after tricep surgery! Got the green light to start working out my right tricep. Elbow is still sore/achy but I’m finally getting back to it.
Did my first workout using my right arm.
Only used 10 pound dumbells though but still woke up sore from my right shoulder. Here’s are some pictures !
