I’ve been strictly doing incline lately. It’s been helping tried the arnold presses today but should have done them first because I was to wore out to really get a good burn out of them.
My upper chest was weak because I used to have my elbows out while doing presses. After hurting my rotator cuffs I had to relearn to do all chest presses with elbows in tucked to the body and pushing in an acred motion instead of straight upward. Get under it and push up in an arc with elbows tucked. It takes the front delt out of play. Most guys have great front delts because that press with their delts more than their pecs.
Took awhile here as well. Seth feroce youtube vids gave me that helpful hint. Seems to be working. I’ll build my upper then I have to try and widen my chest up.
