Waking up with low energy day of injection

Taking a 125mg shot of sus250 eod, started a week ago, took my first shot couple hours after, I felt good, next day felt good killing it in the gym, but the day I take another shot I wake up feeling very tired like something is low, my testosterone was 550ng/dL before I started, estrodial was 46pg, any suggestions on why this might be happening? Wouldn’t question it if I didn’t feel like complete shit the day of the next shot, but waking up the day of the shot vs couple hours after taking the shot I feel completely different. Took a .5 of dex the first day I felt like that, but that’s all I took which was 2 days ago woke up feeling very tired today had amazing energy after my shot, could it be the ester? Overworked in the gym? Never had this happen, looking for more of a suggestion then a answer, everybody is different I know that, also taking a single dose of 25mg of anavar but I split in half and take one in the morning and one before my workout, maybe test hasn’t fully kicked in yet and anavar doing me in somewhat? Diet is in check consume about 200g of protein and 60gs of carbs, in about 1800 calories, 6,1 185 atm, not going through anything crazy, just don’t want to wake up eod with crashed levels of whatever it could be

Your in a deficit diet with low carbs and cals just like @Poppy said looks like you are burning through your carbs which im guessing that your body isn’t used to that diet. Now also the hormones are looking for fuel and its not there it could also be test flu because its so soon into your cycle but I believe that you started that diet right before you started your cycle and your body is not used to the dramatic change?

Another thing is your taking an AI that you possibly don’t need yet unless your estrogen is above range you can crash your estrogen and that will definitely make you feel like shit.

Dang bro your calories are super low I bet that is it. Where will you go after you hit a plateau 1500? Honestly if I was you I would try getting your maintenance up to 3k by slowly upping calories and maybe walking 30 minutes extra to mitigate any huge fat gains. This will set you up better for having energy while cutting. Lose weight dropping to 2700 from 3000 and milk that as long as you can, drop another 200 rinse repeat. Right now it seems like your body is eating muscle, all the symptoms fit.

I believe that if you were to lower your diet over time your body will have a much better chance adjusting to it this is why almost everyone quits there diet. The change is to fast to soon and the body can’t adjust.

Please post back after adjustment. This stuff is very interesting. I would be curious to know what your personal “sweet spot” is for calories/carbs.

Hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia have always peaked my curiosity.

What’s your typical carb intake? Is it always 60? That’s low even for me.
How’s your sleep? Same as usual?
Do you wake up with a hard on? Could be indicative of e2 issue.
Is your workload the same? Both in the gym and actual work.
