So @Xpliot you posted a pic the other day and your traps were lookin outfuckinstanding,and you had mentioned doin them behind your back,which is usually unheard of,but I started doin them that way now,I am gonna switch back and forth every week I do them,but I appreciate you sayin that.
Aww thanks guys!! Hahah yeah it def works for me and I also will sit on a bench with heavy dumbbells lift my feet off the floor and do then that way as well so there’s no leg use
I’ve been using bands the past month and will for the next month,then switch back to free weights and my machine.They definitely have improved my form.
You got a link to a video or stationary picture to show us the proper form? I think I know what your talking about. Are you guys talking about using the pull down bar behind your head? I’m interested in trying it out.
So I just stand straight up and do it like I would in the front. I don’t lean or anything. I feel it in the top of my traps but I also don’t go that high because my body doesn’t work that way. So I can’t get all the way to me ears or whatever. Also I squeeze at the top like everyone does, but I even squeeze at the bottom just holding it like I’m flexing. And I think holding at the bottom and flexing is what worked so well for me. Also I don’t bend my arms like he does. Mine are always to my side just up an down with my traps. I’ll make a video
