My cholesterol is great now!! It was just bad after some orals. I keep my healthy fats at .4g/lb. using omega 3 eggs, natural pb, nuts, etc as you said. I also take fish oils.
My mom recommended fish oil and glucosamine MSN it helps when my elbow which tendinitis likes to flare up in, but since I started those two things it been pretty lubed and pain free.
