Hello all.finally got all my free weights from exwifes house yesterday,and I believe I'm going to start a simple cycle,test p 400mg weekly,winny 50mg daily..then at some point switch the winny for mast,or just add the mast to the test n winny.if I add the mast in I'll probably keep it like the test 400 per week,I have superdrol and mesterlone already on hand,but won't use it because I'm gonna go with @SavageLmuscle Labs,with the test, winny,n mast,wanna keep it all his stuff for atleast 8-10 weeks to give it a fair shot...this should be fun,I haven't ran a cycle in a long while,just need to keep my mental state on a good place.
No gym today,maybe tomorrow.im just gonna be lazy and smoke weed and eat all day.

Ignore the email I sent ya. I don't believe I'm doing anything today. Minds blank on everything. I've been consistent with everything so maybe I just need a break from the gym. Goal today is just to eat. But .. idk what ..

I did a small meat package buying thing today. Pork chops, Chicken thighs, ham steak. Plan on eating all that today. Also got chicken breast but that's for tomorrow and the rest of the week. Been to the diner twice. Plus a Greek gyro. Was also going to buy a frozen pizza . Said no. I've eaten dirty enough today. Will use rice with all my meats and can green beans. No exercise. Did legs yesterday. I feel mentally good to take a break. Get high an play on the Xbox some......MANHOOD at its finest....

Microdose some mushrooms one of these days in place of the mj. Be safe bro
 
Yes I'm going to keep on updating this thread as my goal is 300 g of protein for the day. A lot easier when you're not working a full-time job. 8 oz out of the 16 of chicken is gone now. Pork chops are unnecessary but the other 8 oz of chicken and my protein shake will put me over 300.... Probably going to have to take a quick nap
 
Yes I'm going to keep on updating this thread as my goal is 300 g of protein for the day. A lot easier when you're not working a full-time job. 8 oz out of the 16 of chicken is gone now. Pork chops are unnecessary but the other 8 oz of chicken and my protein shake will put me over 300.... Probably going to have to take a quick nap
300 is my goal everyday. I try and do 60g 5 times a day. On weekends im not working I substitute shakes for meals as I’m not as active. So today I had three meals and 2 double shakes.

Test and mast is such a good combo for a smooth easy ride. Glad to see you getting back at it bro.

Idk... Just woke up.... Let me check ...ok so after that fart I weigh 180. I took a nap last night got up ate a piece of the chicken and it just didn't feel right probably dry mouth made the texture feel weird. So I drink a bottle of water and went back to bed. Got about 250 g in.

Dude at 180lb 1.4g per lb is 250g… why not increase carbs? They are cheaper and taste better.
