Good morning all.Breakfast will be at local diner with my daughter,along with my exwife and her girlfriend,should be interesting,then we're all going to daughters softball game.No gym,haven't gymd to much the last week n a half,I'm slacking,and couldn't really give 2 fucks.Not sure about lunch and dinner.Hope everyone makes the best of their weekend.
 
At the gym now… not in a good place, not sure what the rest of the weekend holds..

After a year of separation and fighting and everything else, I finally filed for divorce… my oldest daughter is the only one who will consistently speak to me, but it’s only out of pure hatred for her mother. My middle daughter just finished medical school, but didn’t feel the need to tell me.. I haven’t seen or heard from my 17 year old since January

Psychiatrist helps sometimes, other times I just sit in her office and zone out
 
At breakfast did less food than. Normal I’m at least down 4 pounds from yesterday as I put on 13 pounds in 2 days. Not even sure if ky back is still in pain or if it’s the intestines that have what I can feel is giant impacted shit.
 
Busy Saturday thus far…double header HS baseball for oldest son and took 3 other kids with me. Plan is to hit Back/Bi in garage gym when game is over and all at home.

Breakfast was large 4 egg omelette with ham, onions, peppers, spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers.

Lunch was large sandwich using low carb bread with ham, turkey, cheddar cheese, low cal mayo, yellow mustard and spinach and added a protein shake to wash it down.

Additional to weekend. Son just got his license so is free to drive solo now. One financial cost that isn’t necessarily the most responsible one is I like to drive German cars and just bought a couple years old silver Audi Premium Sport Plus with Black optics trim. I never pay for a new car given you lose thousands often just driving off list and refuse at least at these times to buy a car more than 30-35k given it’s a depreciation asset. But love this new Audi I picked up a month ago. Letting my son pick up his GF in it before he gets his first car that is his (2011 Mazda 3 😂).

At my new gym. Meal prepped for the week. Planned the last five weeks of gear. Added T3 and Albuterol [shorter half] Consistency for 35 days. Chicken rice, eggs and protein shakes. And yes a salad with vegetables. At 2700 calories I want to vomit and that is right at deficit. Trying not add fats just to make calories.
 
Missed the gym this past week. Worked way to many hours, but I'm transferring this summer so I should be way more consistent not being out to sea.
My shoulders getting stronger and my weights are going up. Still way below a few years ago but slow and steady I should get it all back. This week's going to be a good one.
