WEEKEND CHECKIN INS.

Hi all.Went gym gym early thus am and tire flipped,5,4 min intervals on a empty stomach.
Breakfast was 5 egg omlete,bell pepper,onion,cayenne pepp,White American cheese,3 turkey sausage,bananna,coffee n water.i have no clue about lunch n dinner.Not doing shit today,just lounging around being lazy. Tomorrow my daughter is coming over,gonna take a hike at one of my hunting spots.Then my sisters and I are going to my dad's to BBQ,smoke some weed and chill out on the lake. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
 
So far four whole eggs two egg whites two servings of oatmeal two slices of toast. About two and a half hours after that I had a 9 oz steak and 300 G of rice with some cornbread. Headed to the gym now for a little chest shoulder triceps action. Will bring a homemade protein shake with me for after the workout. After that is up to fate....💪
 
Gym and Groceries this AM….. then a little self induced pain to help with the mental anguish
