The only thing that sucks is its the same as street prices. So if you got a green thumb your better off growing.

I definitely agree it costs more money than the street for medical its fucking ridiculous.
Growing atleast 1 plant should be allowed for medical patients recreational im not sure about the law from state to state or country to country nowadays

Yeah bro maine is great… Jobs are pretty much starting out at 15 an hour… Recreational weed…and you can cop 75 acres out here for 25k…
 
Bro… They had this nice sized house…like decent… Sitting on 186 acres… For just 500k… Don’t get me wrong that’s a nice chunk of money but $186 acres…

I was just saying to the wife 75 acres with a house would be a dream for me brother I don’t even need anything special just a cabin would work for me lol just need internet for ugmuscle lol
 
Lots of acreages here in Texas offer fiber surprisingly. I’m outside city limits in the farmlands and I got 1gigabit up and down. Direct fiber to the house.
 
Yeah I’m thankful for what I have. Took a lot of time to luck out finally. I’ve had a lot of people call me lucky for what I have, which there is some truth to it, but the advise I give back is luck doesn’t happen, if you don’t set yourself up to be in a lucky situation, and you will face a lot of very unlucky crap before luck comes your way, so don’t give up because of a bad day.

I just meant for the internet you didn’t choose to lay the lines in your area that’s lucky

You being educated and successful has nothing to do with luck you earned that and set yourself for success as you say, I was set up for serious success and failed miserably because I made really bad choices not because I wasn’t lucky lol

Thats the plan now @Bigmurph … Im going to save up and start buying land. Land was around like 40k an acre down in Florida years ago…and they are selling 75 for 25k. Here in Maine?!..ill take 75 acres with no house than an acre with a house…
 
40k an acre??? On the beach? I don’t know Florida that well but its really cheap by me also but the land here really isn’t an investment.

How’s the investment aspect in Maine will it become worth money in 10yrs?
