What is the longest any of you have ran GH?

I’ve been running GH at 4iu per day for 8 or 9 months, with no plans of stopping.

I’m still a little concerned that I can not find any information on long term GH use, and if it starts to lose benefit over time, or worse, if it can be harmful. I’m just wanting to know how long you, or somebody that you know and respect have ran it, and if you know of any consequences or drawbacks to doing so.

Also @Optumpharma I notice that in your recommendations for cycles for guys you recommend running m-f and taking weekends off. What is the reason for that, and is there any science to it?

Any info at all is appreciated, I apologize I haven’t been on here in a while, I tend not to be here when not on cycle because it makes me want to get back on sooner lol. Thanks in advance
 
@BrandonIron very happy to see you asking questions.

Hgh is a growth peptide or rejuvenation drug. Now with that said at under 6iu its usually very safe given prior health is in good standing. But once you start to “mega dose” you see alot of complications like injury, bone growth, over sized heart and other medical conditions.

But on the good health side for a healthy individual 5iu and under is very comfortable especially if you are doing blood work yearly to make sure all your levels are not abnormal.

Now with Monday- Friday administration this allows the weekend for the joints, ligaments and tendons to have a break and prevent injury the best way possible.

All in all its my personal medication of choice along side with test cyp. But im a older individual.

I’ve been on / off for 6-7 years. But dosage in the anti aging range Of 2-3 ius. My advice, always take breaks. My experience has been because GH results are subtle, most guys continue to up dosages to see the “desired” results. Unless you get into the 8-10 iu range of quality GH… real growth never equates a good cycle with quality foods and cardio. I have always viewed it a a polisher. Just my two cents!

Ran it for a year straight several years ago and now I’m on it again now three months straight but I plan on running it for eternity at 3-4 iu
 
I also am considering running for life, hadn’t considered breaks until now, but I’m concerned that I can’t find any studies done on a “life enhancing” dose. Only studies I can find are ones about its normal use in children with dwarfism, or something of the sort, and those don’t really give much info anyway.

@Bigmurph @Optumpharma When running m-f did you find the results were satisfying in the body fat loss, skin improvement, sleep improvement, and overall recovery areas?

Did you split the dosage am and pm?

Did the bone growth you experienced cause negative effects?

Again I’ve been running 4iu/ day, every day, 2 upon awakening & 2 at bedtime. My wife running 2iu/day, same split.

So for me the bone growth does cause pain but nothing bad now but something I believe could give me issues in the future.
I took my dose 2iu usually at night unless I was running 4iu or more possibly then I split my dose.
I do believe that I did get alot of positive results from running gh. I just also had the issues with the bone growth in my knee on my shin bone. I always let everyone know going into there first run that gh is very tolerated by most people but some do get serious side effects. So don’t be afraid to drop the gh if you believe that something is wrong.

@Bigmurph. Hey. Curious. How did you come to realize you had bone growth? Could you feel it through your skin, or was it painful…etc?
