What makes yall tick at your gyms or boxes or what ever

If your doing heavy bench/squat/deads…I get it. If your doing 15# curls and grunting with every contraction…Nope not acceptable.
 
This chick at my gym is Always like dancing doing little moves in the mirror, she’s very strange… the other day she was no joke popping pimples in the mirror. It was jaw dropping.
As far as grunting there is a fine line, If it’s natural and just happening doesn’t bother me. But when it’s attention seeking makes me cringe.
I get my flex on lol… I don’t pose but a little here n there
 
Yea that shit is weird af… go to a boxing gym if you want to box. I used to box so I see those guys and can tell they usually don’t know what they are doing and are just trying to look cool. Smh
 
I literally was gonna say the same thing. Used to box in my younger years. All I think is they look stupid af…get too close and it’s no more shadow boxing. Lol
 
The thing is… most people don’t know. So too some young pretty little thing it might look cool… maybe today I’ll call him out. “This guy is a clown and doesn’t know what he’s doing!” I bet that will make all the hotties I have imaginary relationships with finally tell me that it’s time we bang… speaking off imaginary girlfriends. When hitting it hard it happens. When your grunting with every 15# alternating arm curl they sound like a choo choo train. It’s funny and sad at the same time
 
Peolle working theeir shoulders on the sitting dip machine always gets me or the mean head thrusting when doing the sitting curl machine is always a good one

Jealous of what most people doing it are fat lol. So not rlly and I’m sure I make more money then those bums at working at Wendy’s in the gym all day so if anything they should be jealous. All good though. Just saying it looks retarded and the mirror is to check your form.

Yeah bro that shit be annoying as fuck like it’s not annoying if your good but they really all suck and it’s just embarrassing and makes me get embarrassed for them lol. Take that shit too a boxing gym frfr
