I've read stuff it can help with diabetes. I'm sure there's more info out there to go into detail. I feel much better following a fasting plan in general.
App I use is called bodyfast. Has free and paid plans. Then you can customize your hours you need. Gives you an alert so many minutes before starting and ending as reminders if needed. Bunch more plans as well.

Yes this is just for fasting. I'm not liking jefit anymore. I actually started looking today into making my own soon. Keep it simple
There was a great app for iPhone that was really simple and basic. Nothing flashy. Perfect for people that had their own plans and needed to log it. I have it on my iPad but he stopped updating it. I was thinking of the same thing basically.
I feel so much better after the 18 -20 hour mark. The app just makes it easier for me. I cut my eating time short to start my 33 hour cast early already.
