@John I get this way too, it’s been a while though so I was kind of hoping it was gone, guess not though. I need to get to the damn doctor and have blood work done, and see if there’s anything funny going on, just need to find time.
Today’s plans. Oatmeal and whole wheat pancakes with fried apples. Fried in “I can’t believe it’s not butter lol”. ‘It’s the time of year everything apples apple apples. Next will be wild grapes.
I love fried apples. My granny cooked them a lot with breakfast. I remember after eating the apples I’d soak the rest up with her biscuits. Good times.
Biscuits mmmmmm. Did you say granny. Hahahaha. I had a granny too! My dad is from the mountains of Kentucky. His mom was my granny. After breakfast she would start making shucky beans or pinto beans and ham hocks everyday. Guaranteed beans with smoked ham hocks was gonna be part of dinner and she would cook them all day long. Her house always smelled like beans.
I called her Ma most the time. I lived with her and my pa as a boy. They lived just on the Tennessee side of Kentucky. She had two tables. One for the food and one to eat at.
Been working on side jobs this weekend fixing to weld some saddles on for a fifth wheel need to rest
