Good late afternoon all..the only physical thing i did today was take the garbage out and check the mail, absolutely ZERO motivation to do anything. So I didn't eat a lot most of the day, however between now and bedtime I'm gonna make up the difference.Dinner will be homemade Mac n cheese, elbows, velveeta n American cheese, milk, heavy cream,3 tbl spoons of butter, chicken, hot sauce and ranch in the Mac cheese...then I'll smoke again, eat a salad, with bell pepper, parsley, carrots, then wait awhile, smoke again, and I have 2 fat fucking slices of cheesecake, and cool whip I will put on the top...and since no work tomorrow
,I will probably stay up late, and eat again, smoke again, eat Captain crunch peanut butter crunch.

I was lazy and had literally had nothing in the fridge so it was 4 eggs / cup of whites with home fries and chicken sausages. Went shopping today so now all stocked up. Tonight will be tuna steak and rice with some kind of vegetable

I had chicken wings yesterday will probably have an italian sub for dinner i bought provolone to make them when I had the meat well there ended up. being leftover cheese so more meat to make more sandwiches it is.

Ha ha,well if you die I hope it atleast tasted good...how do you prep/cook your tuna?

Usually just a light sear on either side. I then drizzle a Paul Newman's sesame ginger salad dressing on top. Nothing fancy. How about you? Any tips?

I haven't strayed to far from my original way I did it.
Some times just salt n pepper,or soy sauce that I let absorb on each side for a few minutes, when thawed, then cook it like that.
I always use avocado oil to sear it on.
I have sesame oil
I did it once with homemade teriyaki sauce,it was pretty good.
