Hi All,

I am new here. I have been through a few years of not working out and at 43 this takes a toll on my muscle. Bloodwork all good, no health issues. I need to lose about 15 of fat and I’m hoping Anavar can help. I am on my first week at 10mg a day.

I heard it best to divide the dose throughout that day, is this true?

Any advice welcome 😊

Welcome aboard. I did divide my doses. I now take my orals in one dose. I feel like taking it at once maximizes my dose instead of dividing it. Which I have never taking anavar. There’s others here who have way more knowledge than myself who can give you advice.

I do prefer as a man but I will let the ladies give you advice but I believe that you shouldn’t take hormones to lose weight.
If you must take anything an ECA stack would be my goto
Ephedrine hcl and it needs to be hcl not sulphate you can buy it at the pharmacy behind the counter its called primatine. Split the tab 12.5mg
as you get more used to the dose you can take 25mg

Caffeine no doz is the best 200mg

Asprin 81mg baby aspirin

Start taking it preworkout and then you can take it 3x a day for 21 days give it a 21 day break and due it all over again.
It is a potent fat burner and it will allow you to really do the cardio that will burn fat because hormones are really for building muscle not burning fat.

Best of luck to you hope to hear more about which direction you decided to go and your results. Watch your blood pressure on the ECA stack.
 
Im 120% aligned with BM here. Just losing weight i would focus on diet, cardio and a good eca stack.

No need to start inducing hormones until youre ready to push pass your walls. In simple terms.
 
I agree some what with no taking hormones to lose weight . First of all have blood work done to see where ur hormones are at. If there off get them straightened out. If hormones are in check then I’d use pherntermine for weight loss in my opinion.

But to get back to ur question no don’t split it take it a hour or so before workout .

PS.
Weight lost comes with calorie deficit . Like 500 calories lower than maintenance per day.
 
Not sure about anavar, how’s your diet? You neglected to mention that part? Compounds are not number 1, diet and workout routine are .
 
My diet is clean. Low carb, high protein/ fat. Not a keto diet but close. I am strength training 4 time a week and bike riding 8 miles 5 times a week. But the weight doesn’t seem to give. I started Anavar to help strengthen my muscles as the were extremely weak. I am noticing a difference in strength and it’s boost my energy.
 
Sure can! To recomp you really gotta have your macros and training dialed in. To be honest though I would much prefer to blow up lean. Get down to say 8%-10% BF then try to add muscle. But hey you can go either route. And if you want to run Anavar when getting BF down, that’s perfectly fine, especially just starting back up the Anavar will build up nitrogen retention in the muscle giving you the pumped full look which will give you more drive and dedication to reach your goals
