I have noticed that everyone seems to be gravitating towards jeffet i believe that its called. This is great ive seen the screen shots and it looks like a great app.
I have a different app that I use when I want to do something different than my plan and don’t have someone to put something together for me. I should say that I have 2 apps one is @Fitraver log which I will go through and check out. Then find the type of workout I want and run his.
I also use pro gym workout. This is the name of an app that is a verified sponsor of get.jackedforums.com. I don’t know much about jeffet because ive never used it but pro gym workout is what I prefer because you can be someone who has never been in a gym and still get a plan to fit your needs or you can go to a very advanced level which ive used a couple of times but its beyond me.
I have included screenshots just to show how the app I use looks. I plan on checking out the jeffet app that seems popular amongst everyone also.

Im curious about what other apps are people using for anything that can help us do better?

Haha you crack me up bro. Maybe I need my own app 😉

I have always just logged in my phone. Whether it has been me making up my own plans, or using JMs or someone else’s, I always track. Then I can compare progress from previous weeks. I also track all my weights so months down the road or even years (since I’ve logged for so long) I can compare what weights I was lifting at what scale weight. Kinda cool.

You know that I have always pulled from your log but im looking forward now to being able to pull from others logs also.
I use this app and I really enjoy it.
I believe that the workouts that I get from your log and others give me even more options. I do notice that sometimes I see the same routine in multiple places but I do also find a routine that I might not have done things that way before. I truly believe that muscle confusion is very important.

I track most of my stuff on my website and through pics of my white board. I’m a home gym guy. I’ve used jetfit before seemed ok to me. I’ve used 5*5 apps too. It’s all about user interface, content and personal preference. If they don’t have those just right then I’m out.
