So I’ve never really followed a program. The last year I kinda just worked my ass off and done what I’ve thought works best for my body and what I feel I get a good muscle connection with. But I want to do this cut and discipline myself more with a actual program I can follow. Looking for something free at the moment as I’m just getting back work for the union in the next couple weeks. Also might have to replace some workouts as I’m taking it easy on my shoulders til I see the doctor tomorrow finally lol
