Saw him post this today...

5 Harsh truths that are keeping you small:
1- Not training hard enough
2- program hopping
3- eye balling diet
4- scared to get uncomfortable/not shredded
5- treating it like a hobby

100% spot on in my opinion.

I think number 4 is a huge one. Ppl wanna bulk when they are 15-17% bf and they leave so much on the table.

Thoughts?
 
i suck at soem of those but still better than most people. I will say this I don’t feel I train hard enough but I think that’s also just me being crazy. Program hopping I generally don’t do that but I do try and constantly make my program fit my life better. Eyeballing diet bulk yes cut no. We will see on four 5 yeah kinda but when I do it I do it well
 
Lazy… yep! The older I get the lazier I become hahaha

Not Training hard enough…Senior citizen very valid excuse…scared to death of getting injured. I pull back all the time. My aww craps I shouldn’t have done that are used up.

Program hopping… nope. I know exactly what works for me.

Diet… dialed in

Treating it like a hobby…. Yes and no. Extremely passionate and enhancing my biomechanics will never stop. Strength conditioning aesthetics

I mean yoh ate just trying to not lose too much you already had your being bigger years
