1- Not training hard enough
2- program hopping
3- eye balling diet
4- scared to get uncomfortable/not shredded
5- treating it like a hobby
100% spot on in my opinion.
I think number 4 is a huge one. Ppl wanna bulk when they are 15-17% bf and they leave so much on the table.
