Didnt sleep through my appointment for blood draw this morning thank goodness. Got up and hydrated before my appointment. Kinda had a lazy day with the Ms. outside of training and it was really nice.

Initial Labs have come back and all looks good for full steam ahead, some minor supplement adjustments like folate and betaine, and will recheck in a few. This week has been great, my appetite has been right on track. I am really liking 1mg of reta, may talk to coach about going up to 1.5mg a week as we approach the slow burn down to 217 for may. Will stay the course dosing wise until check-ins, but im itching to go up!

I’m hoping not. I don’t feel like I’ve gotten anxiety under 500mg of eq. But we’ve got some room to tweak all three compounds!

Waited around all day for my New computer to get delivered ¦ and then took a nap. Perks of working three 12’s a week? Maybe, who knows. Either way. Trained late. Coach wanted three high days in a row before starting the new macro plan. So I am eating gooood today and tomorrow.

picking your brain… is there a reason you’re doing crunches or anything for your abs? I’ve read where some bber’s don’t do abs or very little.

Im a proponent for stability and spine health for sure.
