Thanks for your warm welcome. I have been afk from the forum and I really want to get more into it.

I know one of the most important things is lab test but how do you know if its legit? Do they have to follow any rules? Apart from lab test, what else do you look before buying something so you know it isnt rat piss.

Honestly…there’s no regulation on under ground labs.

You have to do a bit of studying and take a leap of faith. Luckily, all of our sponsors on this forum are very good. I would (and do) feel comfortable with any of them.

No regulation on UG labs.
Just have to make a decision after reading tons of reviews and comments about that vendor.
See who has what you want and at a price you want to pay. Then make an order.

Inspection of items when you receive them and then if all is good you can start making gains. Or shredding whatever you goal is.
