How we doing hard-chargers!!!
Hope everyone is healthy and able to train.
I recently did a bodybuilding show April 2nd, I was out for blood as last year I placed 3rd in my weight division.
I ran into a couple problems and wasn’t able to get supplements/compounds here in time for show. I ended up running the show naturally.

STRICT DIET!!!
Juggernaut Training App Program Bodybuilding/Powerlifting 70/30 X 5 days a week.
Caloric Intake: 2500
Macros: 40-40-20
I stepped on stage at 168lbs from 176lbs (middleweight division) It was a mixture of water depletion, and a serious diet with hard training.
I looked ok at this show but need to look better next show or I’ll place much lower.
I could use more dryness in Hamstring and Glute area. Posing could also be a bit better.
So I made Nationals being the overall winner in Mens Bodybuilding, I’ll be doing the Jr Nationals show in Chattanooga Tennessee June 16th-18th.
I was looking at pics of last years overall winners and I’ve come to the conclusion that I can step on stage and compete with these fuckers.
I have extreme tunnel vision on this upcoming show, and I’ll have proper gear…

So you can see I’m ripped and dry but not as grainy.
I need to be extremely dry, glutes and Hammies need to pop more at Nationals but better!!
Any UG Merch I can rock at this Nationals show???

They’re supposed to be giving out tons of Pro-Cards, to females physique, bikini, wellness.
Mens they’re giving out for Classic, Physique, idk about bodybuilding, it’d be nice as that’s why I’m going from Fl to TN to do this show.
