Morning People! UGM.

Diet: toast, scrambled eggs with onions & tomatoes, coffee & fruits(Mango) trying to use it for my stomach issues. Lunch sweet potatoes, steak & asparagus.

Training: Chesticles, Tris & Dealts, adding abs again every day.
 
Oats w/ tbsp of chocolate chips with a half scoop of chocolate whey and 1 tbsp of PB. Chicken and rice for lunch and a yogurt and cottage cheese at break. Probably not training later
 
I don’t know food but apparently im just goig to do walk outs with weight and tan
 
Today’s diet is 4 protein/oat shakes, 2 fat free turkey breast and rice meals, 8 fish oil capsules, 4 MCT oil capsules, and 3 vitamin/mineral tablets.

Today’s Workout:
ARMS/DELTS/TRAPS

BICEPS:
  • 3 sets alternating dumbbell curls
  • 3 sets one arm band curls and double arm band curls
  • 3 sets dumbbell hammer curls
-3 sets reverse band curls

TRICEPS:

-3 sets lying dumbbell extensions
  • 3 sets one arm band extensions with underhand grip, overhand grip, and neutral grip
  • 3 sets one arm dumbbell kick backs
  • 3 sets skull crushers plus narrow grip bench press
DELTS:
  • 3 sets dumbbell lateral raises
  • 3 sets one arm front band raises and both arms together
  • 3 sets bent dumbbell lateral raises
  • 3 sets upright rows
TRAPS:
  • 3 sets dumbbell shrugs straight up and rotated backwards
  • 3 sets one arm barbell shrugs
 
Don’t sweat the small things… go there and let your inner rage out. Display everything you’ve been working towards.
