Diet: toast, scrambled eggs with onions & tomatoes, coffee & fruits(Mango) trying to use it for my stomach issues. Lunch sweet potatoes, steak & asparagus.
Training: Chesticles, Tris & Dealts, adding abs again every day.
Hit chest and back this morning. Had cream of rice eggwhites beets and an apple for breakfast. Then cream of and blueberries and bananas after with protein powder.
Oats w/ tbsp of chocolate chips with a half scoop of chocolate whey and 1 tbsp of PB. Chicken and rice for lunch and a yogurt and cottage cheese at break. Probably not training later
