Really. Greek town is replaced by effing casinos.

I miss that hamburger Greek pasta stuff pastitso or something like that. And those things wrapped in grape leaves. And the spinach pie which I am not even gonna try and spell. Stupid Detroit!!
 
3whole eggs 4 pieces of bacon for breakfast, 8oz chicken, 1 cup basmati rice, 1cup broccoli lunch. Dinner was chicken parm with pasta. Also had a shake earlier. I’ve been making them with yogurt whey peanut butter and banana and oats. They’re like crack. It tastes like a milkshake I could drink them all day long
 
I did legs today. I still feel ill from Covid. I felt like puking the whole workout but I’m very happy that I had a good workout. I had to sit in my car for awhile afterwards because I didn’t want to puke while having my post workout meal. Just had my dinner which was
10 egg whites
1/2 cup uncooked weight basmati rice
Broccoli
Peas
Carrots

I’ll have a protein oat shake before bed with 2 scoops of syntha-6 EDGE and 2 scoops of oats.
 
B12 are gummies. They carry better with a bit of sugar. Aspirin no. Fiber chews are gummies too. All the rest are liquid. 😁
 
And it actually tastes good. I switched to it here recently. Doesn’t bloat me up at all like some other protein shakes
