Sup people! UGM family.

Diet: brosssss I had an amazing omelette with fruits, two bread toast & coffee. Having a snag now, later eating rice 🍚 steak n little of chicken.

Training: shoulders/Traps/light arms.

Let me have it.
 
Grub…oats protein powder (ran out of whites)

Pwo was emergenC and a medjool date

Did some fluff n buff push abs neck 10 min brisk walk.

Post wo one slice of whole grain bread with tbsp olive oil and protein shake.

Had my cream of rice and egg whites. I think I’m becoming intolerant to egg whites, as I’ve stated I nuke them in the microwave but lately after I eat them I’m unbelievably gassy. May have to change the way I cook them or what I eat, I’ve heard it’s common with eggs in general. Hit chest and back today.
 
Yesterday I added an extra scoop of my mass gainer to the batter. Bit into a piece of the last pancake and it wasn’t fully cooked. It was still batter inside. So waffles sounded better today😂
 
Was just informed by Evan I am to continue the no carbs thru tomorrow. We will have peak weak checking Sunday and game plan final week. His words you will look “crispy” lol. He says that’s good. Haha
Few more days of misery
