I couldn’t agree more. if you are just doing the comps for fun I would wait until later on in life to start taking anything. Learn to lift, eat and most importantly recover. A lot of people get injured and are forced to quit because they didn’t dedicate enough time for recovery and mobility. I wouldn’t set exact numbers on when you plan to start because you never know how training will go, you could surpass those numbers with a solid training plan. it will just take some time.
 
Notice I only said running low test haha the eq is high as I used to be on regular basis hahaha

I’ll echo the others and say you have some IMPRESSIVE natural lift numbers at a VERY low weight and BF%. I am seriously jelly, though I have nearly 34 years on you! Stay natty, eat well and right, sleep, recover, and stay consistent. You will be back to your old numbers in six months IMHO. And then who knows what 2-3 years of nattyt training will get you!
