4/25 installment of diets and training

Had sweet sour chciken and a grilled ham and cheese so far gofinto try and get about 4-5 hours of sleep. After sleeping all of Sunday. With the shrooms I ended up being awake for 24 hours Saturday. I made sure to stay hydrated and eat yesterday inbetween naps
 
I watched a lot of pro wrestling then walked around a bit and listened to music. Could have went a little more but it’s best to do small dose on new batch cause you never know potency. I also have used 2cb recently so my tolerance for psys maybe a little higher
 
Back to the grind today had a beautiful weekend and woke up to a downpour of rain. Had cream of rice with apples and cinnamon and some egg whites before heading to train chest and back. Had cream of rice with blueberries 2 scoops of protein and 140g honey afterwards. Trying to get some cleavage before summer.
 
Just me. Those are my weaker areas so I’ll bias them for a few weeks. Obviously need to focus on this after the comp but Having not competed in 25 years I didn’t know how weak they’d be
 
Same old diet of protein/oat shakes and turkey breast/rice meals. I’m doing all giant sets of biceps, triceps, and delts/traps. I’m staring at my bag of tbol now but trying to walk away because I said I’d wait until summer to play with the orals again.
 
Got my meal plan and training from my new coach this morning did meal prep ate some of what I had left that’s not on the new plan and got a sub for dinner was bored today so I ended up doing cardio twice
 
Still cant sleep got a appointment with my neurologist tomorrow hopefully get some meds that work. Also i dont eat if i dont sleep. So im skipping the gym. It was a busy day on the farm
 
Sleep is important I’m at crossroads now f potentially finding new job with pay cut just so I can get the proper sleep. I’ve got maybe four years of pushing to be elite and I’m not sure I want my work schedule getting in the way.
