@Poppy keep in mind everyone is different. Var is very much a feel good compound for me… for some it’s not. I know John says it a lot, I agree… just bc a compound does a “thing” for one person… in no way indicates it will do that thing for you. The only way to know is to use it.

I would say Mast is a feel good… but in no way gives me any sort of “psychological kick”. It’s all personal.
