A beginning cycle for women- Anavar

I thought I’d post a beginning cycle for women as there doesn’t seem to be that much info out there for women to go to

Please keep in mind that using AAS is not to be taken lightly and the side effects can be different for each individual as sensitivities do vary from person to person.

Anavar is a great way to introduce yourself to the world of AAS. Basic cycles can be as long as 12 weeks or as short as 8 weeks. Dosages range from 5mg to 10mg for a basic cycle.

It is recommended that if you are new you start your first week at 5mg split in half morning and evening. This is to keep your blood levels fairly steady as side effects will increase if you have spikes in levels.

If 5mg is tolerated well then move up to 10mgs. Again split morning and evening so you will be taking 5mg in the am and 5mg in the pm.

PCT is not normally discussed for women but it is an important part of the cycle especially if you start getting into some of the more advance stacks. Although, it is hard to find many who might agree, it is recommended that you taper yourself off on the tail end of the cycle. By doing this you set your system up to recover itself with out any huge increase in estrogen.

Generally speaking you may experience some fat loss and an increase in lean muslce mass given that diet and training are spot on…

#This is NOT a magic diet pill

Anavar promotes lean muscle mass with minimal sides and occasional water retention. In small enough doses that its impact on the liver is minimal for women. It is also attractive to women and beginners who are not interested in dealing with needles. The predictable and minimal sides are also attractive points to those not wanting to deal with the more individual and androgenic sides of most other AAS.

Typical Sides
· interrupted period / flow - may take a few months for the flow to come back as normal. Note this does NOT mean you won’t get pregnant.
· you may still experience usual menstrual sides (cramps, bloating, etc.) on your regular menstrual schedule
· mild acne
· Clitoral enlargement and increased sensitivity
· oily hair
· some experience water retention (though not due to aromatization)
· may cause vaginosis / yeast infection (most any AAS has this potential)
· occasionally people experience nose bleeds

this information is intended for entertainment purposes and does not in any way shape or form advocate for the usage of aas

Thanks for the info! What would you recommend for PCT, and for how long? Do you think a training regimen of 3-4x a week of mostly free weight resistance training and bodyweight exercises (and keto diet) makes for an effective combination?

PCT? that’s for guys who need to restart their natty test production

as for your training … I don’t know what you respond to best or your goals for going on cycle so I can’t tell you if your training and diet will be effective or not

Just out of curiosity there is no pct for women such as vitamins or supplements which help your body transfer back to normal hormone levels.
Is there anything reccomended for a female after a cycle to end it off in a good way like even tudca or some type of supplementation??

no … the biggest issue for a woman is the psychological effects … the best way to come off a heavy duty cycle is to taper off … in most cases coming off a 10mg for 8 weeks anavar type cycle really isn’t going to plunge anyone into depression where as running cycles that are meant to really put some mass on are going to have effects that reach past the physical and into the psychological … even something as simple as running novlvadex (restricting estrogen) for comps can have psychological effects pn the entire family. So when people think I am an asshole for saying what do you want to do “that” for? the reality is that there are long lasting effects that go way past virulization … I am an asshole because I know what the deal is and when I got involved in this game no one was willing to talk about it.

That’s why were uncensored and wide open at ugm so that things like how bad just a anavar cycle can really be to a woman can be made known instead of suppressing the truth.
No one thinks that you are an asshole as I like to say that the truth is a powerful thing and can really hurt but its just the truth.

Thanks honestly for the clarification I had always believed that women had some type of pct I didn’t think that it had anything to do with nolvadex or clomiphene but I did believe that there was some type of female regimen.
That will show you that I know nothing about how woman run gear. My extend of knowledge is what you and CB4DS have told me over the years.

Clearly you know what you are talking about and have been on cycles before or are. So my question to you has this or any gear you have taken, or anyone you know, have had their voice deepen? Grow facial hair? Those are things i worry about happening and don’t want to happen.

Sorry GRRL didn’t mean to reply

There are other types of performance enhancing compounds other than aas out there.
You have peptides which im not a fan of but others really enjoy. You also have SARMS I would reccomend checking out both and the different kinds.
Im not a female of course but I would reccomend hgh in low doses to male or female especially pharma grade and I mean licensed big pharma products.
Generic is ok but for a female I personally believe because of the side effects that are very prominent I believe that its important to use real pharmacuetical brands they can also be counterfeit but if you use a trusted sponsor then you can get the real thing. I also recommend pharma grade products to men also especially Ai and PCT but if you’re going to run low dose hgh might as well run the best low dose hgh. Shoot me a pm if you’re interested in hearing about a recommendation of a certain brand

Sorry Murph

I dont recomend SARMS there is not enough information regarding long term effects … same with the designer peptides … remember melanotan ? Causes tumors …

hgh is well and fine but again 95% of the goals most women have can be accomplished with the correct diet and training tailored specifically for them

Hi everyone! I’m currently on my second week of 10mgs ED of Anavar and thinking about adding a fat burner. I’m on the keto diet with the occasional intermittent fasting, workout 5 - 6 x a week (minimal cardio). Overall goal is to shed a few lbs of BMI. Would really appreciate your thoughts on stacking a fat burner, any reviews on any fat burners of choice and side effects experienced. Thanks in advance!

knowing nothing about you or your goals … it is the anithesis of building muscle not to mention most ‘fat burners’ are gimmicks why wouldn’t you look at your diet and training first before adding another chemical to your body?

@KodiakGrrl thanks for your feedback! I’ve actually hit a plateau. I’ve followed keto to a T and modified my gym routine. I’ve tried different things as far as my diet and such and although I’m not in bad shape at all I would like to take it to the next level. I started an Anavar cycle of 10 mgs and so far I’m happy with it. I’m aware Anavar is no magic pill or fat burner so I would like to know what others’ experience has been stacking a fat burner. Not saying I’m jumping right into it but I’m really curious to learn from others. Thanks again!
