Well I dont know if this is awesome or it sucks lol. I used all of the Olympic weight I have at the house (340lbs) for deads today. Did a few warm ups then did 3 sets of 6 unstrapped and probably could have done 2 or 3 more sets with that. My hands weren’t slipping at all, weight was moving clean, full lock outs. But that also means I need more weight. Fuck
