That is the feedback given by Larry Wheels doctor on kidney protection taking orals. Thoughts?

I don’t really believe that. I may be wrong and that is ok. But, if it’s in you it’s in you. I just think if there is food in your stomach it takes longer to process.

I guess the docs whole thing was trying to keep it from making its way to the kidneys as best as possible medically speaking. once your kidneys are shot their shot but the liver rejuvenating. So I was hoping everybody would take a shot at this. I thought everybody was supposed to be getting swole right now ain’t nobody up eating their second meal by now?.. guess we’ll have to wait @BigSwole69

Shit I just got up like 30 mins ago didn’t even eat yet, if this was a work day I’d be easily 100 carbs 100 protein by now hopefully 1000 cals, but today not so much,I’m havin my wife’s bday party today, got 34 comin to the house 16 of them will be kids anywhere from 6 months to 14 years old, I’m doin all finger foods, it will be a “dirty bulk day” also since I’m in my comfort zone of my own house, I will allow myself to get drunk,I don’t really drink anywhere else, it’s not safe.

If a medication is cleared through renal… it’s gonna clear through renal. No amount of food will alter that. This falls under pharmacokinetics, the mechanism of action and excretion pathways are mostly set. The onset, peak, and duration of an oral medication can be effected by gastric contents but it’s excretion will not.

I always took orals on an empty stomach, but ate within 30 min to ensure break down of the pill rather than just shitting it out. I remember when I was younger I’d take pills whenever, and pass a lot of them whole…

Don’t get me wrong. A full stomach or antacids can and will effect absorption… but not the pathway in which it’s processed and excreted. Like @BigSwole69 said, once it’s in. It’s in. If it’s gonna ding your kidneys… it’s gonna happen.

I would actually like to say that there are a number of orals that work better when digested with a high fat meal.
I know that aromasin is like this and I know that there are others

The craziest response I got was holding 100mg of Anadrol tablets under my tongue until they fully dissolved. Go to the gym a half hour later. The pump was so extreme the muscle turned purple with blood.
