Wanted to share these pics because I think it was pretty interesting how much muscle I built off 25mg of anavar daily for 6 weeks, I didn’t really count my calories but I kept my diet clean and consistent, oatmeal and Greek yogurt in the morning(6am) lunch I had cup of chicken, cup of rice, avocado and spinach with 2 protein bars (11am) get off work at 4 go home have 1 cup of oatmeal before the gym then some sort of meat and vegetables for dinner, i went off feel, call me lazy but it worked and I stayed with it, think a lot of the results were from being on this diet way before even starting the cycle and was very consistent on the gym, also the job I had required me to be on my feet for 8 hours a day and there HAS to be something to that, so my body was in the right place for these gains, but doing a only anavar cycle is stupid don’t do it I lost all of this and sex drive for two months lol trust me I’ve learned,
