Anavar only cycle couple years back

Wanted to share these pics because I think it was pretty interesting how much muscle I built off 25mg of anavar daily for 6 weeks, I didn’t really count my calories but I kept my diet clean and consistent, oatmeal and Greek yogurt in the morning(6am) lunch I had cup of chicken, cup of rice, avocado and spinach with 2 protein bars (11am) get off work at 4 go home have 1 cup of oatmeal before the gym then some sort of meat and vegetables for dinner, i went off feel, call me lazy but it worked and I stayed with it, think a lot of the results were from being on this diet way before even starting the cycle and was very consistent on the gym, also the job I had required me to be on my feet for 8 hours a day and there HAS to be something to that, so my body was in the right place for these gains, but doing a only anavar cycle is stupid don’t do it I lost all of this and sex drive for two months lol trust me I’ve learned,

I just wanted to make sure that this stood out.
It crashed your production and it took 2 months for you to recover.
You look lean in the pictures im guessing you put on some weight since then or did you stay lean?
I hope that everyone reads this so that they can understand what will happen when you turn off your natural production.

What was crazy man is after I lost all those gains, I still kinda had that in my muscle memory, so when I recovered I put my calories back up and got a lot bigger then the before picture, got a lot more muscle in my chest and shoulders then I did in that picture, and my abdominals are not as sharp, but still always kept my strength, because I stayed in the gym even when I was suppressed
 
Your work falls under “NEAT”…nonexercise activity thermogenesis and you’re absolutely correct. It does count. There’s been numerous studies that show how this burns calories and is muy bueno.
 
Ya man, and honestly didn’t fully comeback until I did a full testosterone only cycle and did a proper pct, if I didn’t learn about what I was doing who knows when I would have came back, but got bloods after that test only cycle and everything was in normal range.
 
It’s not muy bueno for everyone @Poppy maybe if you want to lose weight, stay lean or skinny,or something to that effect
 
So @ThoroughBred did you ask here about a oral only cycle, or anywhere for that matter, nevermind, I see your title says a few years ago so you didn’t ask anybody here … lesson learned I guess

Pubmed and others have a lot of info on this. You figure… your body burns calories to function… breathe eat think… staying active other than exercising and functioning will help with everything.
 
Oh yeah. You’re burning calories working hard buddy. Although it’s been said siting is the new smoking.
 
Ok without a doubt I was thinking about actual thermogenesis taking place and how much it actually does burn standing but also I pace constantly gotta be getting some cardio?
