My mom gave me one of her her maxi pads to keep in my work lunch box just in case I’m bleeding at work. Hahaha And my dad gave me a pair of adult diapers. Gotta love what bodybuilding does to the body when you get old.

Charmin disposal wet wipes are great for wiping. They smell real good too like a hot girl’s perfume. Dude wipes suck! They use recycled material so the pours are big enough to get crap smell on your hands when using them.

I get the generic wipes actually to be cheap lol and they are no different than the regular ones you might know them on the label it usually says to compare them to the name brand.

I don’t look forward to having to wear depends that’s for sure especially because there expensive probably and not for me lol
It might come to that though because it’s been off and on for 20 yrs

Found another product that I really like here: Thayer’s medicated pads, with witch hazel and aloe vera. Those things REALLY heal me up and make me feel better within 24 hours. I’ve started using them regularly.
