This is something I learned years ago by trial and error. Later when I was following another program I was getting fat and no energy. My coach asked my blood type and put me back on steak daily and limited carbs, I immediately showed improvement in my physique. My girlfriend at the time was vegetarian and he told me she was type A and sure enough when I asked her she was. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with it.
