Anyone try the blood type diet with your program?

This is something I learned years ago by trial and error. Later when I was following another program I was getting fat and no energy. My coach asked my blood type and put me back on steak daily and limited carbs, I immediately showed improvement in my physique. My girlfriend at the time was vegetarian and he told me she was type A and sure enough when I asked her she was. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with it.

I did a blood type diet decades ago. Nearly ruined me. I couldnt socialize, have a boner, nothing. One day i ate some sushi, and after that some lamb or goat i think. Boom, back to normal. Im sure things have changed since the early nineties, but i found, for myself at least, that i just need to listen to my body. Chicken, rice, eggs and veggies work wonders for me. Still aint sick of it!

Im A+ blood type. I was told vegetarian.

(I couldnt read that chart on my phone, my etes arent worth shit these days)

I am type A and vegetarian is the indian word for bad hunter. I ain’t rowing my boat towards that shore anytime soon.
 
I wouldnt suggest it. It sucked being in my twenties with zero sex drive. Imagine now at nearly 50. No damn way.
