APRIL 28TH ISSUE OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all.couldnt sleep,nasty dreams,lucky me I guess.about to go to gym,gonna do traps and forearms.i just ate 6 egg whites HB,Animal protein shake,and 2 pieces of toast with strawberry cream cheese and water.breakfast will be 5 HB egg whites,4 eggs over easy,4 turkey sausage,peach chobani,1 plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese,cranberry juice.Not sure about lunch,dinner will be flank steak,basmati and a salad,2nd dinner will be chic peas,chobani,and another plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
In and out of the gym in less than 40 minutes today. Hit back hard with little rest. Working nights so meals are in reverse. Protein shake and some fruit. Top round and basmati. Meatballs and pasta. Yogurt and almonds. Eggs, potatos, onion and peppers with some cheddar.
