April 3rd diets and training

Had a bagel for breakfast and then chased the baby around for about 3 hours. Plan was to box and do push-ups when she went for for a nap but uh, naps sounding damn good right now.
 
Pre sleep rice pulled pork eggs. Now ham and cheese. Going to see how much I can lift off ground today

High carb day plus cheat meal tonight.
1.5lb ribeye, mashed potatoes . Can’t wait
Dropped another 1.5 lb this week so really happy. I’ll throw up some photos this week
Shoulders and traps today had an awesome workout. Had 2 guys come up and say looked huge and shredded. As huge as you can be at 191. Lol
 
Haha. When I first went to a commercial gym the owner was introducing me to some Bb and powerlifters. One of them looked at me and said I crap bigger than you” lol
 
They were amazing . I inhaled that entire steak , mashed potatoes and eggplant stuffed bread. I’m ready to puke
