August 16 daily dose of diets and training

Good fuckin morning all.Got to the YMCA 0615 this morning,tire flipped and swam laps.I had 5 HB eggs no yolk and a banana n water afterwards I had breakfast,1 plain bagel,toasted with cream cheese and homemade strawberry jam, vanilla protein shake blended with strawberries and oatmeal,coffee, cranberry juice.Working til 1500.Lunch will be whatever garbage the chow hall serves me.Dinner will be turkey kielbasa, homemade Mac n cheese and salad.Today I am grateful for full use of my limbs,there’s a few guys here without any cause of their sacrifices.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Well couldn’t sleep so ate breakfast T 7:30-8 some fiber stuff with brown sugar. Now dead’s and back after liken 2 hours of sleep I got after eating so let’s let this combo of halo tren and sd wait her get me through workout or kill somebody
 
I’ve had 2 protein shakes so far today. I trained legs and rode the bike. I do shorter workouts lately but they still kick my butt! I did 4 giants sets of dumbbell squats, dumbbell dead lifts, dumbbell stiff legged dead lifts, and standing calf raises, then rode the bike for a half hour on level 13.
 
Somehow the combo with tren and I feel happy today. Maybe I’m so toxic that is what my body craves haha. Also in good news we are doing trial run that will take away about 70% of the ohyscial work at my job. So 12 hours shifts won’t be bad anymore. Things are looking up

As a powelifrte that’s fat I allowed my sled one shorty meal a day this week that ends it’s back to all chciken and rice with cereal of fiber in morning. Will say this chicken and. Rice is hitting today
