MARCH 9TH INSTALLMENT OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all.Breakfast was sesame bagel,lightly toasted,homade strawberry creamcheese,4 turkey sausage,Animal protein shake with 2 raw eggs,bananna,water. Then I pinned a ml pwo 50mg tne/50mg dbol,waited over a hour then I did tris,kick backs and pull downs.lunch was leftover chic parm,and a salad.1st dinner will be baked chicken a whole small chicken,basmati rice,some kind of veggies.2nd dinner will be another bagel,and 6 HB egg whites.Today I'm grateful that my dad and I are starting a new job tomorrow pretty much been outta work since before christmas.Hope everyone had a great weekend.
 
Occasionally order a large box of overnight oats when on major sale. Well ordered and package was stuck in a city nearby for 5 days, so called and they sent replacement. Well both boxes just showed up so now have 64 packets 😂. Should last me awhile.

About 30-35 grams protein when using milk (most have 20-22 g whey protein included). Doubling up for tomorrow’s breakfast.
