August 31st edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 eggs scrambled and 4 pieces of wheat toast, protein shake blended with strawberries and chia seeds, banana,coffee and water.No work today,gonna do a bunch of small tasks in and around the house. Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
So I have officially given up the hope of find my stash,and have proceeded with the process of acquiring more from @GearChurch as usual the process with them and @Ldog is smooth,I also decided to use Tren,it’s been awhile and usually use Tren E,but this time I’m using A,so it’s gonna be a small cycle in terms of MG, 250mg of test c split Mon n Thurs 125mg per pin,Tren A 50 mg mon-wed-fri and 50mg mesterlone daily,mgs totaling 750 per week I’m hovering around 203-205 and would like to be hovering around 210-212 at the end,which will about match my heaviest ever.Will let everyone know when I start.
 
Bacon 4 strips. Rice and eggs and yogurt. Three cups coffee this morning. Usually only have two but drank a third one outta boredom. No one else woke up until 10 am. So I was all alone with my coffee
 
Ha ha,I wouldn’t call it a beast,how about lean and mean and ugly as fuck.
