Trained shoulders and traps today. Food is pretty bluh. Chicken and rice, steak tips and rice, yogurt and cottage cheese. Protein shake and some fruit. Oatmeal and some peanut butter.
Ya it’s a game changer that’s for sure. Me and Tren A didn’t get along real well last time I took it. Haven’t tried the E yet. Def gonna give it a try soon seeing how my bloods are all in order. Am happy your excited about it. Always nice to be looking forward to progress.
