I feel good about this the only issue maybe is my current position at work is losing people and the hiring manager is taking over my current work location.
Well my starving is still 3000 cals,just no rice since Sunday since that is what has been making me bloated,no pasta either, replaced the rice and pasta with starburst.
I have picked out my next tatt,been thinking on it for like a month,not sure where Im getting it, definitely don’t want it to small,but I don’t like putting it where I cant see it either,I screen shot a few but gotta find a better pic.
Picked up an extra night and didn’t have any grub so it will be protein shake with banana, steak bomb, grilled chicken sub, cottage cheese and yogurt and probably some toast. Trained legs today.
And up til two weeks ago I hardly ate rice,pasta and bread for carbs,and I switched to see,I I was probably eating to much per day,I will see how much weight I lose from not eating the rice from Sunday til Sunday
