Are B12 injections really that good? What makes, I guess, have you tried? I see pill form and injectable form. Which is better?

I have had them. I did not notice any difference at all. I was running three days a week and was on a very low carbs.
Mine was from my TRT doctor, I had told him I felt very low energy so he gave me a B12 shot.
But I honestly never noticed any change but could be from my low carbs.

So your doc gave you/prescribed ONE shot to help you out, wtf? I know it didn’t work but what was he thinking when he gave you only one, like what is one of anything gonna do in terms of longevity

Yes one shot. I’m not sure what he was thinking. I guess like a placebo , he may have thought if he told me it would give me energy that I would believe that :man_shrugging:t2: And feel better.
But I did not feel anything.

Heres the thing, unless you have a B12 deficiency you won’t have any sort of energy boost per say. Based on the the fact that he only gave you one shot then I’ll say you don’t have a deficiency. Patients with a deficiency usually start with around 100 mcg daily for 6-7 days a week then work there way up to only one shot a month.

Another good point to remember, a human liver can store enough for up to 2 years so the likely hood of the average person needing a shot of B12 isn’t high.
