Well 9 days of drinking every type of alcohol combination and eating everything offered to eat. Desserts, ice cream, pastries and bread. I’ve started back on the clean living. And to be honest it feels great. I literally don’t want any booze for a long time. So. I’m doing a 3 week clean diet and regaining a base line for weights. And then run my Tren. Breakfast was protein and 6 egg whites. Here’s my lunch. 1pound Grilled chicken. Spinach table spoon of olive oil and red wine vinegar . 3 whole eggs. Cup of Quinoa. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds. More 1/2 pound chicken for afternoon meal. Replacement meal shake before gym. Chicken brown rice for supper. Gallon of water throughout the day. Half gallon during workout.
