Thanks for following bro, and yeah I feel like all my free time is consumed by eating haha. Only 5 more weeks of stuffing my face and I’ll start tapering back down.
 
Your numbers on Mercury are inaccurate. More importantly the healthy fats and micro nutrient you get from quality wiled caught fish fat out weight the small amount of mercury. With talapia you are literally eating an animal that is fed shit. Literally shit .
 
I would ditch the Pedialyte and use Liquid IV. Way more electrolytes less money and taste better. Can get at Cosco or Amazon.

If your adding size and already taking Test why don’t you up it to around 500 per week? 175 is like TRT to me.

The Pedialyte is just something we had stocked up on for my son when he wasn’t drinking enough fluids, but I’ll look into that.
I’m definitely going to up my dose here in the next few weeks, been getting good gains but I’m also worried I won’t be able to out eat 600mg lol. Just going to 175mg I had to add 1500 calories a day or I would be losing weight dramatically.

I don’t usually squat and DL on the same day but I had the urge to try a more strongman style stance since most of those guys are taller like myself.

recorded all my wide stance dl sets and I’m really happy with how it looks compared to a more narrow stance. The true test will be loading on some weight. Just feels more natural and I’m stoked.
 
I’m all about tweaking training like you do. I believe it’s healthy and keeps positive gains coming…good for sanity also.
 
Taking 2 days off from the gym to recover.
Saturday I did good on my diet until dinner came around and we decided to get some pizza haha. So meal 5 was subbed out for 3 large pieces of pizza. Weight has been going up pretty slow so maybe I need a junk meal every once in awhile.
