I’m not too fond of introductions… Soooo, I’ve been out of the gym for about 3 and a 1/2 years due to a job that I took with a crazy schedule and having to drive back-and-forth 10 hours across state. I’ve been going to the pharmacy and getting my testosteroneIs through my primary care physician for the past 3 or 4 years. Within that time frame I did do the pellets for about a year because I got tired of sticking myself1 to 2 times a week. It was pretty nice getting pellets put in 3 to 4 times a year an having my levels staying in the 800-980 range.

I have been on and browsed a few boards here and there but they were run by some clown(s) just reading off wiki… I found this site from Flash, I’ve used his gear before back in the day before he got super fancy, May have even been alive right a few times. Lol

I miss the small board community that shared information, data and cycles from their own personal experiences not what they heard. I enjoy sharing the knowledge and data I’ve collected over the past 10 years from cycles and cruises.

I’ve recently started going bk to the gym, love Olympic lifting for the explosive power and the benefits if gives younger athletes. I’m big into aerobic capacity, if we have big muscles we need to be able to move them, preferably the longer the better, I run 5 & 10k with my kids all the time. Love crossfit or functional fitness for all the great aspects it brings to the table.

Being around & having access to some of the the top SEC strength and conditioning coaches has made me really enjoy and respect a well put together program that works and makes sense to the athlete. I’ve gotten to shadow some great coaches & programmers. Currently shadowing a really good track and field coach and absorbing his information so I can hand it down to my kids and the ones I coach to give them the edge I didn’t have.

Looking forward to sharing my personal experiences.

Also part of one of the branches and did some work for our fucked up government.

And welcome to the UGMUSCLE.

Tons of information on here and the regulars are always welcome to answer questions if you have any.

I jump in once in awhile. Been using gear since the late 80’s. I have done some stupid things and some smart.

Welcome.
