Welp. Here’s my shoulders today. I mean I am 3 score now. Feel pretty good for an old guy. Just going to keep doing it till I drop. You know Billy Crystal said it best. It’s better to look good than to feel good:sweat_smile: I think I look pretty good 🤣

Hey man. Im bout to run me a protocol of bpc and tv 500 6 weeks out from meet. My bicep tendon has been nagging me and I feel if I can just shore up anything small with it come meet I’ll be unstoppable.
 
Just remember to listen to the body, even on the BPC, if you start to feel any funny pulls or cramps lay off for a while… worst case you take out any accessory work that effects the bicep tendon and only hit the big 3 in hopes of saving it… I’ve been there and done that, it’s not fun, but it works
 
It’s gotten tons better with lighter work load. I was basically doing 100. High pulls. Wit 30 kg a night till recently. I. Always listen to body as much as possible he’ll today my back said no to back not sets so I. Skipped. them
