Been having serious issue with a sponsor after all information was given and it’s been over a week and still no pack or anything I have all emails and everything I sent just seem to be getting the run around after they already have my money.

What sponsor is it. The provider was kind of dicks when I bought off them but it showed in the time frame they said.

Don’t wanna use the name yet until I know forsure that my pack is just not coming, but the time frame they give for their packs to land has come and gone already…….

There’s lots of reasons for that sometimes. You get tracking info?

Yea i understand but also the communication is always a day later and a week went by and now it’s said that information is missing and if I can send it. This is all after I already got the green light that all my information was received….

It’s just really makes me upset because this has been since the 16th that they claimed all good with info for my pack……

Ask them. Don’t post the info here but see what they have. Some will have it but others may take a bit depending where from.

When I say dicks they just kind of gave me shot for asking for correct amount of currency to send. They told me the math was easy, but I would rather get number from the people I’m buying as to not have any issues. They weren’t bad enough I won’t use again.

Same here just upsetting how I’ve made multiple orders with them the same way and given plenty of time for them to just give me the run around… gonna give them some more time I guess but just wanted to hear everyone’s thoughts on this and if this is normal because I’ve never had a problem before.

If it’s the provider just be patient. I’ve received packs in 3 days. I’ve received packs in 13 days. My friend had to wait a full month. Communication is never great but if it’s the provider you will get your pack. He never fails ever! Been using him since 2011.

Away with bad customer service when I get back from vacation this next week I’m gojng to just add my old hgh in morning to just go through it and then place another order. May try 6 iu a day I’ve done 4 and 8 8 was too much see how six goes

If overseas, I’ve had packages take up to 14 days before I got my package. I use mostly domestic now, have 4 or 5 are go tos. I try and order from every sponsor we have at least once, so I can have a good idea what they are like. If they are Bitcoin only, I’m sorry to say I don’t try them. I don’t trust Bitcoin nor the idea of giving money to the Bitcoin in the sky. But that is just me. If it is an international sponsor, it takes longer.

I’m not trying to make any excuses for anyone but there was a recent big storm hit all across the United States . I even seen snow here in California Santa Barbara never in my life has there been snow here . some of my stuff was delayed as well ! Hope you issue gets resolved
