@RIR0 is just taking too much cialis!!! JK JK. It’s actually very inspirational to see stuff like that from guys here. It becomes more realistic cause they are dudes like us brother @Poppy and not from some muscle magazine or tv.
My favorite forearm workout is tying a rope to a stick with a weight on the other end holding my arms straight out in front and using only forearms to roll it up the back down slowly. I don’t do this enough. The other is just holding a plate in each hand and holding it as long as possible until fail
