I remember when he was competing. He had the legendary year round low single digit body fat… never took “time off”…he was supposed to be a champion.

This isn’t his cycle. Drug laws are different in Europe and there’s a big difference in being a dealer vs a user. Dealers get prison. Users get treatment. So what people would do was keep notes on crazy cycles to cover everything they have in possession. If they are caught then it’s used in court as evidence of their personal use and not as a dealer.

Like here for example. Dealers get charged. Personal use is illegal due to EU laws. But there’s no penalty assigned so its not really prosecuted. But if you don’t have records of a high cycle and you get caught they’ll claim you were dealing. Too much in possession for a personal user.
