Yessir! So just based off the dosage I believe there may be some tolerance BUT that dosage should also take into account obesity, hypertension (and meds), diabetes, testosterone, anxiety (and meds) depression (and meds) all of those can play a role in ED. so it may be doses that high are meant to overcome quite a bit and not just tolerance.
